The HD2 is one TOUGH device. KEYS, SCISSORS or CUTTER can’t even scratch the capacitive screen. So it is very safe to keep in your pockets or handbags.

Many have contacted me about the expected price for the HTC HD2. It may be rumours but the price (as reported by me a few days ago) is cheaper than what you paid for the Touch Pro2 … about RM2,650. At this price and high performance, it will beat the competitors flat. Knowing SIS pricing system we may not be so lucky to get it at that price. It could hover around RM2,999 to 3,288!? If they lower the HD2 price they would have to lower the Touch Pro2 price too. The HD2 could be Windows Mobile saving grace.
In case you did not notice, The Mobile Hornet masthead has been updated with the HTC HD2 replacing the HD image. This shows how much I desire the HD2. The gift-giving season is here. Will Santa bring the HD2 to the Mobile Hornet?

HD2 features a brittle glass screen. Once you drop it. that’s it!. End of story.
HTC should move to using Gorilla glass which is far far more superior than their normal lime glass.
Motorola , LG and samsung is moving towards using Gorilla Glass. When will HTC jump on the bandwagon??..
