CONFIRMED HTC HD2 TO GET WINDOWS MOBILE 7 UPGRADE

Reliable sources have confirmed that when Microsoft released WINDOWS MOBILE 7 next year, users of HTC HD2 will get their official upgrade directly from HTC.

AND THAT’S GOOD NEWS !

Yeah, but if HTC had released an Android HD2 I will opt for it(Android) instead of Windows based, anytime. Windows Mobile 7 is Microsoft’s LAST try to make it in the mobile world. So they better make WM7 a success otherwise it is BYE-BYE to all the Windows phones.
ANDROID WILL STAND SUPREME!

The HD2 is available in stores today (WED 25 NOV). Two shops in Penang that have the stocks are THE MOBILE HUT (BJ COMPLEX) and GADZA WORLD (PRANGIN MALL & QUEENSBAY).

Anybody know whether this HD2 will be tied to Maxis? HD was tied to maxis, any luck with HD2?

Got mine 2 days ago, and must say its a fantastic set. I would rate it the best currently. Although I love my Samsung i8910HD, but in terms of OS, WinMo 6.5 is much better. LOVE THE SCREEN and its weather animation man. But be sure to uncheck your data update for it otherwise you will “kena” the GPRS charges without you knowing it.
