2 phones landed on my desk today. Unexpected but glad to be among the first in Malaysia to get my hands on the Garmin-Asus phones. Both the Nuvifone G60 and M20 are a refreshing series of phones to hit the market that is captured by HTC, iPhone, and Nokia.
Both the Nuvifone G60 and M20 are expected to launch within the next 30 days.
Nuvifone G60
The Nuvifone G60 uses the Linux OS and is ready to go with the same great features and user experience that have made Garmin the global leader in satellite navigation. Each Nuvifone G60 comes standard with voice-prompted turn-by-turn directions that speak street names, onboard maps, and millions of points of interest. And to make sure you have all the tools you need for life on the go, the Nuvifone G60 integrates a quad-band GSM phone with 3.5G data connectivity, a Webkit-based Internet browser, personal messaging, Wi-Fi, stereo Bluetooth and Garmin’s proven personal navigation functionality.
